At Rustorange, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. We accept returns for unworn items in their original condition with all tags intact to ensure every customer receives a premium product.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID along with your email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details; please ensure the garment is unwashed, unused, and has all original packaging ready.

  Reverse Pickup

  We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours of approval, provided the service is available at your pin code.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
